July Frequent Flyers is our free rewards program. Earn points every time you shop, unlock more perks as you move up tiers, and use your points like cash at checkout. Find out more and join at july.com/rewards.

How do I join and earn points?

Create a July account to join for free, and you'll get bonus points straight away. You earn points on every purchase, plus extras for things like leaving a review, your birthday and referring a friend.

Make sure you're logged in at checkout so your points are added straight away. See all the ways to earn at july.com/rewards.

How do I use my points?

Points work like cash on anything in your cart. Log in, add items to your cart, and checkout!

Points can't be combined with sitewide sales or promo codes, but you'll still earn points on those orders.

How do the tiers work?

There are four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your tier is based on what you've spent with us over the last 12 months, and each tier unlocks more points and perks, like free express shipping.

Returned or refunded orders don't count towards your spend. See what each tier includes at july.com/rewards.

Do my points expire?

Points expire after 18 months with no account activity. Any purchase, or earning or using points, resets the clock. Platinum members' points never expire.
