WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR BAGS AND ACCESSORIES*?

Our Travel Bags and Accessories are protected by a limited five-year warranty that covers a repair or replacement of your product. Manufacturing faults on zips and stitching are covered under this policy.

The 5 year warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, bags and accessories that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from July, cosmetic damages, or general wear and tear generated from using the products and have no impact on how the products are used or their functionality. 

For information on how to maintain your soft bags, please see our Care & Storage section. Kindly note that any damage caused by methods not endorsed by July will void the warranty.

*Does not include Leather Goods, Luggage Covers, Limited Edition Everyday Totes or the Juliette Collection.

If there is an issue with your July product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.



Please note: 

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #GETJULY order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies;
  • If you no longer reside in your region of purchase, please be aware that July does not cover shipping costs. July is not liable any customs fees or charges imposed by the courier;
  • Resolution options may vary depending on your location, itinerary, availability, etc.
