We're offering free personalisation for a limited time!

To claim free personalisation, simply add your monogram of choice to your item, and this will be deducted at checkout.

Please note that personalisation requires additional processing time to the shipping of the order. Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

As personalised items are made bespoke just for you, please be advised they will not be eligible under our 100 Day Returns Policy. They will however, continue to be covered under our Warranty Policies :)

How long does personalisation take?

Personalising requires extra time to process your order, so it's important to plan ahead! This timeframe is generally shown before selecting your monogram and must be agreed to before proceeding.

Please take this into consideration if needing this for an upcoming trip! While selecting express shipping will ensure you receive your order sooner, it unfortunately will only expedite transit time, not processing time.
