If returning your order online via ReDo.

Once your order arrives back into our facility kindly allow 5 business days for our team to confirm the condition of your return. Once confirmed, our team will issue your refunded with applicable fees deducted.

Kindly allow 3-5 business days from refund issue date for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank.

If you opted for an exchange or store credit, this will be processed once your return has been approved!

If returning your order in-store.

Orders returned in-store will not incur a return fee.
