WHAT’S THE WARRANTY ON YOUR LUGGAGE?

All July luggage comes with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers a repair or replacement of your luggage. Manufacturing faults on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminium bumpers are covered under this policy. 

The extended warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, cases that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from July and cosmetic damages such as, 

• minor dents
• bumps
• scratches
• scuffs
• general wear and tear generated from using the case.
• Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.

The ejectable Power Bank in our Carry On is covered by a two-year warranty.

The Carry On Pro is designed to be stored in overhead compartments when travelling. If the product must be checked in due to airline conditions, the Snapsleeve must be removed.

If there is an issue with your July product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product's Warranty Policy, please reach out to our team here to lodge a claim.

Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided (ie. #GETJULY order number), without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use are not covered under our policies.
