What is CaseSafe?

The Qantas x July Carry On with CaseSafe is the world's first suitcase featuring an integrated, trackable TSA lock that's compatible with both Apple's Find My and Google's Find Hub networks.

Why a trackable lock?

We know what it’s like to lose luggage. That’s why we’ve created CaseSafe

We want all July and Qantas customers to have leading access to technology to provide the best possible travel experience, and knowing where you suitcase is, is a huge part of that. 

It’s seamlessly integrated to an existing feature on July luggage and there is no additional bulk to the case, which is always a plus when travelling!

How do I use it? 

Setting up is seamless. Instructions that can be found on our website, guiding through the process for both iOS and Android. You can track it’s whereabouts using either Apple’s “Find My” or Google’s “Find Hub” depending on your smartphone.

Is CaseSafe Airline approved?

CaseSafe is approved for airline travel, both in the cabin and the cargo hold. As it doesn’t use a lithium ion battery, it doesn’t have to be removed before checking in.
