How do I submit a warranty claim?Updated a month ago

If you experience an issue with a product that is still under warranty, please follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:

  1. Lodge a request via our contact us form.
  2. You will then receive an automated response requesting the necessary evidence of the product fault. This may include images and videos. For specific issues such as handle, lock, or zip faults, it is required to attach a video.
  3. Submit any additional required information such as an updated address, if applicable. Make sure that if you are submitting evidence via a filesharing service such as iCloud, Google Drive or Wetransfer, the access is set to 'Anyone with the link'.

Once all information is provided, our warranty team will review the claim and provide an outcome within 48 hours. We strive to handle all claims with the utmost attention to ensure you are satisfied with the resolution.
