If you purchased your order online, you can return or exchange your item to one of our retail stores as long as the order meets the conditions of our Return & Exchange Policy.

HOW WILL THE ORDER BE REFUNDED?

All orders must be refunded via their original payment method. July will not be held responsible for cards that have been lost, stolen or cancelled, and reserve the right to issue the refund via gift card if direct refunds can't be processed.
