How do I return or exchange my order online?Updated 2 months ago

If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it subject to the conditions of the 100 day returns policy. In order to streamline the process, please include photographs showing the item is unused and with its original packaging.

July processes online returns through Loop. If you wish to return your July order, please click here.

All online returns will be processed with a $15 return fee per submission. This will be deducted from your final refund. 

Please note: if wanting to exchange for an item of different value, kindly opt for a store-credit and you will be automatically issued a gift-card to put towards a new order once your item has been received.
