I submitted a return request, how long will it take to refund/exchange?Updated 2 months ago

Once you have lodged you return request via our returns portal, you will be provided with a returns postage label to send the item back to our HQ in Melbourne.

Please see below for further instructions.

  • For luggage pieces, please make sure the TSA code is reset to 000 
  • Put everything back into the box. If you don't have the original box, ensure the item is returned inside a suitable box to avoid transit damage 
  • Print out the returns label, and attach it to the outside of the box 
  • Drop it off at your nearest AusPost location. Once received, we will action next steps if required 

Returned items will then be assessed and your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 business days of received by our team.
