Warehouse Sale - Terms & ConditionsUpdated 2 months ago
1. General
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') apply to all purchases made during the July Warehouse Sale ('Sale'), whether in-store or online. By participating in the Sale, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Sale Period & Participating Locations
The Sale runs for a limited time only:
- Saturday 28 February 2026
- Sunday 1 March 2026
The Sale is available through the following channels:
- Online at warehouse.july.com
- Collingwood Store — 69–73 Rupert Street, Collingwood VIC
- Rosebery Engine Yards Store — 115–151 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery NSW
Only the above locations and the July website are participating in the Warehouse Sale. No other July stores or retail partners are included unless otherwise communicated by July.
3. Pricing & Discounts
Selected items are available at discounted prices of up to 50% off regular retail pricing. Discount percentages vary per item. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Discounted Warehouse Sale prices cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, offers, or discount schemes unless expressly stated by July.
4. Product Availability
The Warehouse Sale features selected items only. Not all July products are available during the Sale. All stock is subject to availability and may sell out without prior notice.
In-store Warehouse Sale items are sold on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. No holds, reservations, or layby arrangements are permitted for Warehouse Sale items.
Online stock is allocated on a first-checkout, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability; stock is confirmed only upon completion of payment.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Change of Mind
All Warehouse Sale purchases are final. July does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any Warehouse Sale items, whether purchased in-store or online. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
5.2 Faulty or Defective Items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these Terms. If a product has a major failure under the ACL, please contact July's customer care team if you believe your item has a genuine manufacturing defect.
6. Warranty
6.1 Warranty Coverage
Warehouse Sale items are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase, as follows:
- Luggage: 5 years — covers manufacturing defects on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks to the polycarbonate shell or aluminium bumpers.
- Travel Bags: 2 years — covers manufacturing defects on zips and stitching.
- Accessories: 1 year — covers manufacturing defects on zips and stitching.
6.2 What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, scuffs, and scratches
- General wear and tear
- Misuse of the product
- Damage caused by airlines or transportation
- Damage from improper handling or storage
- Normal aging of materials
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage from environmental factors
- Any defect or damage not arising from manufacturing
6.3 Warranty Service Process
For claims involving repairable manufacturing defects, July will assess the product and, if the defect is confirmed, provide a complimentary repair of the affected component. The outcome of any assessment is at the sole discretion of July's technical team.
If a confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be repaired, July will issue a store credit to the value of the original purchase price. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
6.4 Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- This warranty applies only to items purchased during the Warehouse Sale (28 February – 1 March 2026).
- If you no longer reside in the region of purchase, July does not cover return shipping costs.
- July is not liable for any customs fees or courier charges incurred in connection with a warranty claim.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Online Orders
Online orders are subject to July's standard checkout terms. Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the sale is final in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms.
July recommends reviewing product overviews and specifications carefully prior to purchase, as returns and exchanges for change of mind are not available for Warehouse Sale items.
Delivery timeframes and shipping costs for online Warehouse Sale orders are as set out at checkout and are subject to carrier availability.
8. In-Store Purchases
In-store Warehouse Sale items are sold as displayed. Customers are encouraged to:
- Arrive early for the best selection.
- Inspect all items thoroughly before purchasing.
- Ask July staff about the condition of any item prior to purchase.
No holds are permitted. July operates a strictly 'first in, best dressed' policy for all in-store Warehouse Sale items.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified, including consumer guarantees relating to goods being of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description.
Where July is required by law to offer a remedy, July will do so in accordance with its obligations under the ACL.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, July's liability in connection with Warehouse Sale purchases is limited to the repair of repairable faults or the issuance of a store credit as described in these Terms. July is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from or in connection with a Warehouse Sale purchase.
11. Changes to These Terms
July reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on July's website and help centre. Continued participation in the Sale after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
