Is there warranty coverage for warehouse sale items?
Yes, warehouse sale items do come with warranty coverage, which varies by product type:
- Luggage Warranty: 5 years from the date of purchase
- Covers manufacturing defects on wheels, zips, handles, nylon compression strap breakages, and specific cracks or breaks in the polycarbonate shell or aluminium bumpers
- Travel Bags and Accessories Warranty: 2 years from the date of purchase
- Covers manufacturing defects on zips and stitching
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
Our warranty explicitly does NOT cover:
- Cosmetic damage
- Scuffs and scratches
- General wear and tear
- Misuse of product
- Damage caused by airlines or transportation
- Damage from improper handling or storage
- Normal aging of materials
- Unauthorized repairs
- Damage from environmental factors
- Incidents outside of manufacturing defects
Important notes about warranty claims:
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
- Warranty is non-transferable
- This warranty is valid only for products purchased during our warehouse sale
Are there any limitations to the warranty service?
- We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect and the outcome of your claim
- Our liability is limited to the repair or store credit as outlined in our policy
- If you no longer reside in your region of purchase, please be aware that July does not cover shipping costs
- July is not liable for any customs fees or charges imposed by the courier
- This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights
