Are the dimensions of the cases the same?

Yes, the dimensions are the same as our Carry On and Checked Classic.

Does the Qantas x July Carry On come with a Power Bank?

No, this case does not feature a power bank.

Can I use a July luggage tag on the Qantas x July case?

July luggage tags are designed to be fitted to the top and side carry handles of the suitcase but are not compatible with the Qantas tag holder.

What is the warranty on the luggage? 

The suitcase is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing faults that effect the functionality. The CaseSafe tracker in the lock is covered by a separate warranty.

What is the warranty on the CaseSafe™ tracker?

The CaseSafe tracker is covered by our 2 Year Ancillary Item Warranty for manufacturing faults, and can be replaced separately from the lock itself if needed. However, battery changes are not covered under this warranty.

Is the CaseSafe Trackable lock repairable?

Yes! The CaseSafe tracker can be removed from the case without needing to remove the lock. You can read more here. 

What Battery is compatible with the CaseSafe Trackable lock?

The CaseSafe tracker uses a CR2032 coin battery.

Are there instructions provided with the case to set up the CaseSafe Trackable lock?

Yes! Via a tag with a QR Code linking to an instruction webpage with setup guides. If you've removed the tag, you can also view the instructions here. 

Are the Navy Qantas x July cases for sale?

The Navy Qantas x July cases are sold exclusively through Qantas Marketplace to their Gold + Members. This collection is not for sale from July.

What cover is compatible with the Qantas x July cases?

July’s Stretch Luggage Covers in Carry-on and Checked are compatible with their respective Qantas x July cases.

Are July’s Bundle Deals available on Qantas x July products?

Qantas x July products cannot be bundled with any other item. However, if you are purchasing both the Qantas x July carry-on and checked case are entitled to our $35 Set Discount!

What is the return and exchange policy on Qantas x July products?

Qantas x July cases purchased from July are subject to our standard return and exchange terms and conditions, with an added condition to ensure the CaseSafe™ tracker has been unpaired from the purchaser’s device.

Purchases made on Qantas Marketplace need to be returned via Qantas Marketplace and cannot be returned via July.
